Bangladesh has achieved huge success on the international stage under the leadership of Lalmonirhat’s ‘martial arts daughter’ Shantana. Bangladesh’s representatives are returning home from Italy with a total of 9 medals including gold, silver and bronze. This success was led by Lalmonirhat’s Kriti Santhan Santbana.
Bangladesh’s representatives achieved this amazing result at the XXIII-ITF (International Taekwondo Federation) World Sports Event held in Italy. In the picture, the main architect of this success, Shantana Rani, is standing proudly with the Bangladesh flag in her hand and one of the medals she won hanging around her neck.
Led by Shantana, the Bangladesh team has made the country shine by winning multiple medals in this international competition. The total of 9 medals including gold, silver and bronze added a memorable chapter in the country’s sports history.
